Archie has been in the human services field since 1997 and part of the nonprofit, New Vista since 2005.  Archie has worked with troubled youth/teens, mental health, and people who have  intellectual/developmental disabilities. The majority of his career has been working with IDD/MH individuals. Archie has attracted and retained an amazing team of professionals dedicated to the success of the members New Vista serves. Archie has led New Vista to expand services and programs and to be a well-respected provider of residential services in Nevada. He has accomplished this by championing innovative changes and policies that are in the best interest of everyone involved. Archie has worked with people with disabilities in almost every position possible. He has served as a Direct Support Staff, House Manager, Program Coordinator, Quality Assurance Specialist, Executive Program Director, and became the Executive Director of New Vista in 2014.

Archie is an Army Veteran, PSI-Seminars Graduate, active Prince Hall Mason since 1994, and Shriner since 1995 as well as a Community Activist and Organizer. Archie has led and implemented volunteer programs throughout the Las Vegas community.

• 2018 Salute the Troops recipient from News 3 Las Vegas
• 2019 Master Mason of the Year- MWPHGL of NV
• 2021 First America Give Back Winner- March 2021 

Archie has played semi-pro football from 1997-2008(Won 2 Championships) 

Played Arena in the United States Indoor Football League (USIFL) from 2000-2003.(won 1 championship)

Archie has studied Civil Engineering (FTCC), Sociology (CSN), and Business (WGU).
